Frequently asked questions
The most common problem for customers (who had experience working with designers) is that the expected and real budget for the implementation of the created project does not match.
That is why we include a preliminary estimate as a mandatory stage of creating a design project. Instead of the usual specifications in the drawing album, we provide you with a detailed table in a numbers or excel file, with links, prices and contact details of contractors.
Work on the design of the project is divided into three stages, but first and foremost there is an introduction and filling out a detailed application form.
After going for measurements and signing the contract, we start working on:
The first stage: development plans + collages from which the general style and that make the overall style and mood of the space clear.
The second stage: visualization. In order to avoid long pauses between meetings and to reduce edits, we usually divide the common space into three separate approaches (common, wet areas, and a private block).
The third stage: drawing and filling in the estimate table.
According to the contract, the payment is divided into three installments according to the three design stages
On average, project development takes 2-3 months.
The term strongly depends on the speed of approval of the stages and the area of the projected space.
