Marsala Showroom

Project area: 73,9 sq. m.
Completed: March 2025
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
Lead Architect: Anastasia Zagrai

Client: Marsala

In the heart of Kyiv, in a 20th-century apartment building designated as an architectural monument, we have created a shoe showroom combining a fitting room, a 500-pair shoe warehouse and a team office. The space is designed to resemble a private living room, where visitors feel like guests rather than customers.

In the center of the hall stands a soft oak seating group from Woo, surrounded by Zegen armchairs and a glossy Marsala-coloured coffee table that also serves as a podium for the exhibition. A decorative fireplace and custom-made shelves foster a sense of homeliness, while numerous mirrors impart depth and sophistication.

We have transformed the long corridor containing an office and a storage room into an interactive route with theatrical lighting, which culminates in a mirrored portal — a metaphor for the transition to the main hall. Warm wood and textile textures are combined with gloss and marble to balance comfort and elegance.
